‘Active Hope in a time of climate crisis’ workshop

  • Gembrook Retreat 215 Beenak East Road Gembrook, VIC, 3783 Australia (map)

Our second Active Hope workshop!

Are you overwhelmed or exhausted by the climate crisis and the potential outcomes? Are you working for positive change and feel the urgent need for our generation to change how we live? This workshop is a time for us to come together and support each other in our way forward.

Throughout the day we will use spiritual practices such as nature connection, deep listening and sharing, singing and community building. These practices can help us to feel confident and clear about our participation in the changes that we need to make to address the climate crisis, give us a grounding to keep going and feel encouraged, as well as providing an experience of being part of a larger collective working together.

This workshop is based on the Work That Reconnects which was created by the eco-philosopher, Joanna Macy.

Meals provided (vegan and gluten free)

Cost: sliding scale $75/$100/$125

Please contact us if cost would prevent you from attending as we are able to offer some subsidised places.
